What is the S.T.A.R. Program?
The S.T.A.R. Program is a mentoring program for children ages 10-18, the program’s goal is to help children as they transition from adolescence to becoming a responsible young adult members of society.
Vision Statement:
Helping Our Minors Excel’s S.T.A.R. Programs vision is to educate our youth about the importance of being accountable for their actions by accepting their responsibilities towards their family, education and community.
Mission Statement:
The S.T.A.R. Programs mission is to prepare students for life in the real world by reinforcing the importance of self-respect, academics and community service.
