How do we protect your information?

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment Gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will NOT be stored on HelpingOurMinorsExcel.org servers. Our Payment Gateway providers keep this information on your behalf encrypted and secured using highly strict guidelines required for banks and other financial institutions.
Do we use cookies?

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “member’s” section of our site and remove your shipping address/es, billing address/es and payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to complete that transaction and for financial record keeping purposes. We have created a new email address that you can utilize to request personally identifiable data, or to remove personally identifiable data from our database. Law Enforcement
Helping Our Minors Excel, Inc. may disclose any subscriber/client information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and the United States Government.
